Meg the Chicken
As part of our school art exhibition our class created a wonderful, vibrant chicken! We have been learning about working together as a team. Mrs Hanson drew the chicken shape and cut it out and we all learnt how to make paper feathers. We are all so proud of our beautiful creation.

Our Trip to Ambury Park Farm
Last week we went on a trip to Ambury Park Farm. It was a beautiful, sunny spring day and we learnt so much. We enjoyed watching the cows being milked and the sheep being shorn and crutched. Feeding the sheep, goats and chickens was a lot of fun too.

Our Little Garden
Today we each planted some flower seeds in our own little pots. We planted either sunflowers, sweet peas or purple tansy.
Over the next two weeks we will watch them germinate and begin to sprout. Then we will take our own little flower pot home on the last day of the term to plant them in our garden and help all the bees!
